At Artisans of Scotland we want you to buy with confidence. Knowing that what your buying is of the highest quality and knowing that if there’s any problem your item can be returned no questions asked. We’ve detailed our policies on returns and warranties for you assurance here.
Returns
If for any reason you are not happy with your handcrafted product your can return it to us for a full refund, no questions asked. We must be notified of a return within 14 days of receiving your order. If you would like to arrange a return please contact hello@artisansofscotland.com
Warranty
Our sporran maker has people coming in to repair a sporran that his grandfather sold in the shop 40 years before. Our sporrans are expertly crafted and you will enjoy them your whole life. For that reason we are delighted to offer a lifetime warranty for manufacturing faults. If you have a fault with your sporran, please send an email with details of the fault to hello@artisansofscotland.com and we’ll arrange everything for you.
Repairs
We also offer an easy repair service should you accidentally damage any individual component. Our maker’s know their product inside out so their aren’t many things that can’t be fixed or repaired. Please send an email with details of the damage to hello@artisansofscotland.com and we’ll send a costing and arrange the repair for you.
Products we’re unable to cancel, refund or exchange
We can’t offer refunds or exchanges, unless faulty or not as described, on the following items:
- products which have been personalised for you
- made to order products or made to measure items
Where a product has been specially ordered for you, unless faulty, we’re unable to refund or offer an exchange. We’re unable to accept cancellations for these orders, unless within 48 hours of the order being placed.
